Important Note: These Terms specifically govern your use of the website. The actual home inspection service is governed by a separate Pre-Inspection Agreement which must be signed prior to the inspection.

They are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Booking and Cancellations
- Booking: Requests for inspections made through the website are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- Pricing: Prices for services are subject to change without notice. We will confirm the final price before you sign the Pre-Inspection Agreement.
- Cancellations: Please contact us immediately if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
